Checking the Status of Orders: You can check the status of your order by emailing 2Fast at orders@2-fast.org or  by calling us at 425-241-6119. Please be sure to include your full name, item(s) purchased, and your invoice number.   Shipping Rates: We generally ship UPS ground.  Shipping costs are calculated per UPS' standard rates, which take into account  your purchased item's box size, weight, and the zip code of the item's shipping destination.   Shipping and Delivery Policies: Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours pending credit card verification and inventory availability. Please allow as many as 7-10 working days for ground orders, though we always strive to get purchased items to you sooner.   2Fast Return Policy: At 2Fast, we appreciate the support of our customers.  To show our appreciation of your purchase, and our commitment to quality, 2Fast offers all online buyers a no hassle 15 day return policy.  If you are unhappy with an item(s) you have purchased through 2-Fast.org, you can return the item for a full refund as long as you do so within 15 days of your purchase.  All returns MUST include all original packaging, labels, tags, and a copy of your original invoice sent to you with your order details.  No exceptions.  In addition, returned merchandise must be unused (new), have all original packaging still intact, and have all tags still attached.  Returns that have been used, worn, damaged or tampered with will be rejected and will not receive an exchange or credit.  In order to return an item, please ship returns to the following address:   2Fast, LLC Attention: Internet Returns Dept. 19722 98th Ave SE Snohomish, WA 98296   2Fast Security: 2Fast wants your online purchasing experience at 2-fast.org to be a positive one.  For the benefit of our valued customers, security mechanisms are utilized by this website for your protection, and such mechanisms meet the highest of industry standards. Personal information submitted through this website, including credit card numbers, are encrypted in order to secure your information.   Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy! Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.   Payment Options: This website allows you to make your purchase online with a credit card, or you can call in your order if you would like to talk with a 2Fast representative instead.  To call in your order, first utilize this website as follows: 1) Decide on what you would like to purchase.  2) Add the item to your shopping cart as if you were making an online purchase.  3) Print out the contents of your shopping cart  4) Proceed to "Checkout" and then choose "Telephone ordering" to call in your order rather than purchase by credit card.     Please note: We do not accept personal checks!  We apologize for this inconvenience, and ask that you instead pay by credit card, money order, or cashier's check.   2Fast Liability Waiver / Disclaimer: Riding motorcycles involves obvious risks.  While 2Fast makes every attempt to offer our trackday and school customers the safest riding environment possible, we cannot guarantee that riders or students will not experience injury - and therefore all patrons of 2Fast school or track day events participate at their own risk.  Accidents on and off the racetrack do occur, despite our best efforts.   To protect the interests of 2Fast LLC, all students and/or track day registrants are required to read and sign 2Fast's liability waiver, as well as the liability waiver of the track venue being used (Pacific Raceways or MXGP Motocross Park).  Students or riders unwilling to sign 2Fast's waiver will not be allowed to participate in a 2Fast track day or riding school event.   To view 2Fast's liability waiver applicable to our riding schools or trackdays, please click here for a copy.
